Penny is the Office Manager for Shoemake Law Firm, PLLC, where she ensures that daily operations run smoothly.
Prior to joining the Hensley and Shoemake team, she served 17 years for the Osage Nation Executive Branch; in the capacity of a Federal Programs Accountant and Director of Compliance. Prior to that, she was the Payable/Vault Manager for Osage Federal Bank. With over 28 years of knowledge and experience of Federal, State, Local, and Tribal laws and regulations, she had demonstrated success in oversight of $54 million annually. Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented; Penny specializes in internal controls, process mapping, policy creation, reviews, and audit mitigation.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys woodworking, nature, sports, community service, and the performing arts.
